Somebody's Heart Is a Burning by Tanya Shaffer
Just finished reading Somebody's Heart Is a Burning by Tanya Shaffer. It was a very interesting, nothing left out sort of travel narrative. I found myself cringing at parts where I felt uncomfortable with how raw she was being. Not about herself but about others actions. Reading it made me wish to visit Ghana and other African countries like I haven't every really wished to before. My sister Annie Swanson went to Ghana and now I want to "arm chair" travel through her pictures again. Also Kaitlin Johnson where in Africa have you been? Was it South Africa?
Has anyone else read this?
